Nowadays,the society and economy of china have entered a crucial period of transformation and upgrading.In 2015,Premier Li Keqiang proposed that “mass enterpreneurship and innovation” become the engine of china’s GDP growth and economic transformation.Under the background of “mass enterprenewship” and “mass innovation”,college students are the key forces in the motivation of innovation,and more and more college students become members of the army of innovation and enterprenewship.However,enterprenewship is very difficult and the process is tough,which is affected by many factors,such technology,marketing resources and so on.College students lack of social experience,business skills and profession skills are also insufficient,so the choice of team model for innovation and enterprenewship is an important form of “mass enterprenewship and innovation” for college students at present.The member of “mass enterprenewship and innovation” team lead to team differences and team conflicts due to differences in professional knowledge structure,technical skills,personality and behavior patterns.Team conflicts have an impact on the overall operation of the team.How to solve various types of conflicts between team members,establish fruitful innovative results,harmonious team atmosphere,high performance of college students “mass enterprenewship and innovation” team has become an urgent problem to be solved and a challenge faced by “mass enterprenurship and innovation” management department.Through the status and analysis of the results of the interviews and questionaires of the “mass enterprenewship and innovation “team guidance teachers team leaders and ordinary members of team of Nanchang Institute of Technology,this paper analyzes the present situation of “mass enterprenewship and innovation “team from the aspects of us basil situation,team conflicts formation,team conflicts management,team member conflicts management style,team work efficiency and so on.It is found that the main reasons for the conflicts of “mass enterprenewship and innovation “team of Nanchang Institute of Technology are the improper handling of high heterogeneity of team member,the unsmooth communication channels of the “mass enterprenewship and innovation” team,and the confusion of the communication organization through the analysis what’s more the individual in the team has communication obstacle the team conflicts management ability is insufficient and incentive mechanism is not perfect.Based on the reality of “mass enterprenewship and innovation” team of Nanchang Institute of Technology,this paper aims at the causes of team conflict and put forward concrete measures of “mass enterprenewship and innovation” team conflict management for college students of Nanchang Institute of Technology building constructive conflict and destructive conflict management mechanism,creating communication atmosphere through sound communication channels strengthening the feedback of communication mechanism,building a high-quality “mass enterprenewship and innovation mentor team,improving the incentive mechanism of rewards and punishments and choosing the appropriate conflict management and so on.The study hopes to from certain guidance for the management of “mass enterprenewship and innovation” team conflict among college student of Nanchang Institute of Technology in practice and to realize certain innovation in theory,in order to provide-reference for the follow up research and other’s research.In the follow-up study,we hope to keep tract of the depth and breadth,as well as the study case.
