Research On The Current Situation And Manage Problems Of Students' Conflict In S School From The Perspective Of Comprehensive Risk Management

Since college enrollment,college students increase in scale,and students structure becomes more complicated,the conflict probability of students to improve,causing the challenge in stability of campus,and the pressure of university management are increasing.Once the conflict problems of college students have not been in good prevention and properly resolved,it will cause serious influence on college students' physical and mental health and campus' stable order,such as the extreme events caused by Lin-Senhao killing the dormitory roommate and Ma-Jiajue murdering roommate with poison.Aiming at the conflict,the state also put forward higher requirements to establish a school security risk management system.In the practical and policy requirements,it is both urgent and necessary to clear up the conflict between college students and maintain the stability of university campus.This paper selects S school student conflict event as the research object,and Obtains the required text data through consulting S school student conflict incident disposition record file in recent years,interviewing the students who experience the conflict event personally and staff members who coordinate the conflict incident.Through the descriptive analysis of the case and interview content,it is concluded that the S school environment is complicated to bury the hidden trouble of conflict,the conflict prevention and control is difficult,the conflict coordination effect is not good,the conflict response is passive and so on.By analyzing the "tie diagram" of conflict events,the evolution of conflict events of S school students is demonstrated,and the dangerous threats of conflict events,influence,preventive measures,control methods,and so on are summarized.Based on the analysis from the perspective of comprehensive risk management,we find that there are some problems in the concept of conflict prevention,the risk identification of hidden dangers,the concept of conflict coordination,the professional coordination team,the subject of conflict management,and so on.Some suggestions are put forward,such as paying attention to the ideological and political education of college students,constructing the "five-in-one" student conflict management model,and establishing a comprehensive student conflict risk management system.It is hoped that the results of the study can provide ideas for the analysis and prevention of student conflicts in colleges and universities to stabilize the healthy andorderly campus environment in colleges and universities,and for inspiring scholars to use relevant research methods or research relevance.
