Xinjiang region after the implementation of the western development strategy, talent shortage facing difficulties, in this case, the state and local development for the growing importance of vocational education, and local economic development, especially in close connection with the Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Vocational Education. Altay region of Xinjiang as an important development of the livestock industry, and its development model of vocational education status of implementation of many vocational education sector has become a topic of concern and researchers. In this study, Altay animal husbandry and veterinary schools vocational schools as a sample, based on the analysis of the current situation on the development of vocational education, through self research questionnaire, animal husbandry and veterinary Altay vocational school vocational education development model to analyze the status of implementation, supplemented by some research subjects in-depth interviews, from training model, teaching model, evaluation mode, running mode four aspects of vocational education model to grasp, in addition to concerns of teachers and business needs, focusing on student development model for the recognition of vocational education degree, through data analysis, to tease out the Altay Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Vocational School Vocational Education Development Model status of implementation, problems, according to the actual local development goals and vocational education, vocational education proposed optimization strategy development model.After analysis, this study concluded that:(1) Altay Animal Husbandry and Veterinary vocational school vocational education model research higher reliability and validity of the questionnaire can be used as a scientific research tool. Vocational education development model consists of four factors, namely the training model, teaching model, evaluation mode, running mode.(2) Altay Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Vocational School Vocational Education Development Model implemented better, group satisfaction reached 60.56%, which is very satisfied with the subjects reached 21.60%, relatively satisfied subjects reached 38.96%.(3) evaluate the differences in populations of different factors for the development of vocational education pattern recognition, and acceptance test was higher for animal husbandry and veterinary Altay vocational school training model, sub-average score reached 3.79, for the recognition of the general teaching mode for recognition evaluation model and running mode of lower average scores in three minutes or less. Recognized differences.(4) different groups of vocational education development model, in recognition of the effects of the overall implementation and implementation, evaluation of teaching, teachers' highest, higher than in school, business representatives and scores of students have graduated; talent training mode, evaluation mode, the Education and student acceptance, significantly higher than the business representatives and students have graduated degree of recognition; in running mode, the enterprise and teachers scored significantly higher than students scoring at the same time, teachers graduate students have scored higher than scores.
