At present,the big scale and the fast speed of the development of higher vocational education in China have made important contributions to the socialist modernization,its achievements are obvious to all,and it is also a miracle in the history of the development in the world vocational education.However,as far as the current situation is concerned,there are problems such as there is still a structural contradiction between the supply of personnel training and the demand for employments of social enterprises in higher vocational education in China,the characteristics of higher vocational education’s own development are not distinct,social awareness is not high enough,and it is still in a relatively weak position in higher education.At the same time,in the development of higher vocational education for decades,there have been some historical problems such as deficiencies and mistakes.In fact,the essential problem of higher vocational education is "people",that is,the "status","state" and "development" of "people" in the development of higher vocational education.Facing the new trend of the development of the times,the new problems of reform and opening up,the new normal of social development,the new trend of human development,and "Internet +",we can say that the development of higher vocational education meets with historical opportunities and key challenges once again.This requires higher education to carry out philosophical reflection and innovative development.In the process of the development of higher vocational education,the key issue is the construction of the personnel training mode.The personnel training mode determines different characteristics for running schools,and it is the fundamental guarantee for the quality and standard of personnel training.However,at present,higher vocational education in China still has many problems such as ideological and political weakening,rigid institutional mechanism and personality characteristics weakening.These problems affect and restrict the healthy development of higher vocational education and it makes the quality of personnel training not fully adapt to social needs for employments.Therefore,it is of great practical and far-reaching historical significance to actively explore the personnel training mode of higher vocational education with Chinese characteristics to meet the needs of social development in the new era in China.From the perspective of Marxist Humanism,this paper studies and discusses the ideological evolution and practical development process of higher vocational education in China,finds out the problems and analyzes the reasons through the logic analysis of historical context,value judgment,comprehensive induction and other research methods,so as to realize the organic combination and integration of Marxist Humanism and higher vocational education in China.At the same time,we can find out the personalities of students,educate students according to their aptitude,explore learning,take the initiative to grow up,build a personnel training mode of modern higher vocational education and a higher vocational education system with Chinese characteristics in the new era with the theory of multiple intelligences and constructivism teaching theory.In this way,higher vocational education can truly realize people-oriented,moral cultivation,and the cultivation of personality,free and comprehensive development of higher vocational students,so as to train qualified builders and successors for the construction of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics.The thesis has three parts in total: introduction,body and conclusion,the body has five chapters,and each chapter is summarized as follows:The first chapter introduces the basic connotation of Marxist Humanism from the essence,needs,values,rights and development of human beings,and introduces the two characteristics of the social practice of human development and the self-negative Marxist Humanism;It explores the process of the sinification of Marxist Humanism from Mao Zedong’s "Serving the People",Deng Xiaoping’s "Three Favorable Circumstances",Jiang Zemin’s "Three Represents",Hu Jintao’s "Scientific Outlook on Development",and Xi Jinping’s "People-centered" Thought of Governing the Country and Politics.From the "objective reality" of contemporary social development,that is,the development of the times and the changes of society,to profoundly understand the development of Marxist Humanism,indicating that any theory needs to be advanced and constantly improved.Finally this chapter will emphasize the use of Humanism in the practice of real society,promoting people-oriented and building a harmonious society.The second chapter mainly introduces the basic connotation of Marxist vocational education thought,explores the development of it in China,establishes its position as the guiding ideology of higher vocational education in China,and explores the party’s pre-construction period.The initial formation of the vocational education thought,the party’s inheritance and development of the modern vocational education thought,the party’s tolerance,integration and innovation of the modern vocational education thoughts and the criticism and reference of the party’s Chinese vocational education thoughts,and then comprehensively explored The process of diversified integration of vocational education thoughts in China is also the process of inheriting development,learning exchange,perfecting and upgrading.Finally,it introduces the formation process of Chinese modern vocational education ideology,and expounds Xi Jinping’s vocational education thought as the main content.The third chapter traces the historical origin of the development of vocational education in China,which expounds the enlightenment and the oppression of it.It is embodied in the tools of survival and speaking,and the resistance of oppression,which are showed in the germination,establishment and rise of modern vocational education in China and the forcedawakening of human beings.This chapter also expounds the practice process and human liberation of the vocational education led by the CCP in the past 100 years,the specific manifestation is the consciously rising resistance,the initiative of the planning system,the creativity of the market mechanism and the freedom of individual development.At the same time,it introduces the new characteristics,new requirements and new layout of vocational education in the new era.This gives a comprehensive introduction to the development process of the social practice of vocational education in China and the basic characteristics of the social subjectivity of people at various stages.The fourth chapter mainly elaborates the new development of higher vocational education in the new era in China.It includes three aspects: firstly,it elaborates industrialization and higher vocational education,elaborates "alienation" in the early stage of industrialization and "alienation" of human beings,but this is only a special link and a temporary stage of industrialization development;it elaborates the new development path and the continuous highlighting of human nature in the late stage of industrialization,which provides the social basis and broad space for the development of higher vocational education.Secondly,it elaborates the practical innovative development of the new characteristics,new requirements and new layout of vocational education in the new era,as well as the characteristics of social subjectivity in this stage---the freedom of personality development.Thirdly,it elaborates the new achievement of higher vocational education thought in the new era,namely the occupation education thought of Xi Jinping.The fifth chapter is the focus and core of this thesis.It constructs the personnel training mode of "humanism + integration of working and learning" in Higher Vocational Education of China from the perspective of Marxist Humanism.Several key elements are set up from the new era personnel training objectives,the people-oriented personalized development education concept,the basic task of moral education,the construction of the management system of "integration of working and learning",the construction of the double qualified teachers and the strengthening of the teaching reform of the SOF model,the optimization of the curriculum system,the creation of a diversified service platform,the construction of a lifelong education system,and the establishment of a quality assurance system.The basic connotation of the first mock exam is further explained.Finally,we should pay attention to the principle of applying learning to practice and combining learning with application,use the personnel training mode constructed,and strive to integrate theory with practice,and constantly reform and innovate through the case practice carrier,so that this personnel training mode can be further tested,enriched,improved and promoted. |
