"Re-disc" Is An Experimental Research On Cultivating Physical Education Teaching Ability Of Students Majoring In Physical Education

Sports colleges,teachers colleges and comprehensive colleges and universities sports colleges are the bases for training sports professionals,and also the cradle for training excellent sports teachers in China.As a favorite of sports majors in Colleges and universities,sports education majors are challenged by many sports education graduates every year.The pressure of employment can be imagined.As the saying goes "the blacksmith needs its own hardware,enhance their ability and competitiveness is an important prerequisite for the development of.The sports teachers’ professional quality is mainly reflected in the teaching ability,so exploring training methods to improve the teaching ability of physical education majors is the key,the teaching method of physical education students not only need to enhance the teaching ability and innovative consciousness of the students,comprehensive and balanced development,strengthen the combination of theory and practice,practical training sports talents with comprehensive competitiveness,in order to cultivate excellent sports teachers as the ultimate goal.Mainly uses the research methods of literature,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,experimental teaching method,through expert interview and questionnaire,this paper established six teaching ability index: writing teaching plan ability and language application ability,demonstrating ability,organization ability,classroom teaching method and action error correcting capability.By visiting experts in physical education and giving out the questionnaire of teaching ability evaluation,the evaluation criteria are designed.The effectiveness of the replay application in the training of teaching ability of physical education students as the research object,with 24 students of grade 2015 in Chengdu Sport University sports education specialized 2 classes as the experimental object.Through the experimental design of inquiry "replay" is feasible and effective in improving the students majoring in physical education teaching ability.Through the experiment,the following conclusions are drawn.(1)after the experiment,students’ cognitive ability and the teaching of "replay" cognitive understanding more deeply,for the upcoming internship with confidence.The promotion of cognitive ability and the mastery of teaching methods have a promoting effect on the enhancement of students’ teaching confidence(2)students have set up a model of teaching plan and can complete the writing of teaching cases independently,and find out the problems and matters of attention in the teaching case.Therefore,in the teaching of the "replay" of teaching writing ability is effective.(3)there are significant differences before and after the experiment of language expressive ability,which is manifested in password,language logic and the application of professional terminology at the time of explanation.The overall level of students’ ability to express language is narrower than that before the experiment."Replay" in the training of language ability can not only promote the students’ language ability,also can make students progress together.(4)the organizational ability of the class has been improved after the experiment,but not much of the excellent students in the class organization ability.The classroom organization needs a lot of practice experience,although the "replay" can promote classroom organization ability,but the students practice experience,the number is too small due to the lack of classroom organization ability of students less good.(5)"replay" after the students gradually establish correction consciousness slowly correction.The error correcting capability reflects the progress of the replay can not only summarize the practice experience,also can cultivate the consciousness of teaching.progress in the demonstration of action requires continuous learning and accumulation."Replay" itself is a kind of learning method,and also the practical problems into experience.The action ability in replay help,has been significantly improved.the students ability to use teaching methods improve,use of "replay" the teaching method has a good effect,but does not see more excellent students.(6)overall,"replay" of teaching to enhance the ability of help or obviously,especially the need for the support of the experience teaching ability,help more prominent."The theory of cognitive training in the replay,also have a good effect.
