A Study Of Impact Of Mobile Reading On College Students' Learning Habits

Reading has become part of our life and is particularly important for contemporary college students.There are many ways of reading,and the development of these ways has a great impact on us.With the rapid development of Internet information technology,the popularity of smart phones,and the unceasing expanding of coverage are abased on4 g network of Internet and WIFI,people's dependence on mobile phone is becoming more and more strong,and the way of reading,acquiring knowledge and information also have undergone disruptive changes.Traditional ways of reading have begun to slowly fade out of our field of vision,and these traditional ways have been replaced by mobile reading.The application of mobile reading not only can satisfy people's demand for the rational use of fragmented time but also it is convenient for us to learn anytime and anywhere.By reading research literature about mobile phone reading at home and abroad we can find that the main content on research of mobile reading involves in characteristics of mobile reading,related technologies and services,existing problems on mobile reading and the solution to solve these problems,and the investigation in reading behaviors.from survey data on the mobile reading users we can see that college students is an important group of mobile reading,and thestudy on mobile reading related to college students also focuses on the above several aspects.The formation of learning habits is especially important for a college student.With the widespread of mobile phone in modern,it also plays a key role to students' learning habits.In such a background the study combining the mobile reading and learning habits of college studentsthe mobile phones is very little,and there are almost no involved contents in the related literature.In this paper the study content in this field is explored in detail.Based on the self-control learning theory and the communication theory the author explores the domestic and foreign literature related to mobile reading and learning habits in this paper.Combining the current mobile reading with characteristics of study habits of college students,the author analyses the influence factors of mobile reading on college students' learning habits and puts forward the hypothesis of the impact of mobile reading on college students' learning habits and builds models.Through the questionnaire survey 473 effective samples are collected and analysis of data it is concluded that the basic function of mobile reading,personal factors,social factors and media factors have a positive impact on college students' learning habits.According to the result of this study some suggestions on mobile reading providers,schools and parents,communication companies and learners are put forward,hoping to provide reference for the research and development of mobile reading in future.
