Social Work Involved In The Case Studies Of The Elderly Hospice Care

There is more and more attention to the environment of humanistic care current tly,and also more and more prominent to people.But how to cause the person to obtain physiological and psychological comfort is the goal of the most people.The hospice care is embodied humanistic care of important initiatives.This is not only the respect for life,but also the maintenance of human dignity,and thus gets more and more people’s attention.C hina has entered the aging society,more and more people becoming elderly population.The demand for end-of-life care among the elderly is becoming more and more obvious.How to use the professional social work method to the field of elderly hospice and enhance the quality o f life of elderly dying people is the main purpose of this paper.This paper mainly uses qualitative research methods,and collects relevant background information through interviews.By understanding the current situation of the different types of hospice care,and through the comparison and analysis,I have summed up the urgent demand for hospice services of the dying patients and their families.Based on the research object of the overall grasp,I have done a case study.By using the method of narrative therapy in the case study,I understand the psychological and emotional needs of clients,and achieve the goal of the case service.O n the basis of empirical data analysis,it is concluded that the social work intervention in the elderly hospice care is ve ry necessary,and also have the realistic feasibly conditions.Finally,I have explored and summarized the feasible path of social work intervention of hospice care in elderly people,including the aspects of community,the aspects of hospice care and the medical professional social work station and so on.
