Using information technology to make human interaction is an important quality of modern social talents and that is an important symbol of measuring people whether to adapt to society with the rapid development of information technology. Information Technology Curriculum Guidelines for Primary and Secondary Schools(for Trial Implementation)emphasizes that the teaching objective of primary school's information technology is that students learn to cooperate with others. Besides, it asks students to get information and communicate with others by tools of communication. In addition, interactive teaching can improve students' interactive ability by taking part in a variety of interactive activities in the classroom, it can increase the expression, communication and cooperation between students and teachers, students and students, this not only can promote students‘ comprehensive development, but also enable students to better adapt to the development of modern information society, and lay a solid foundation for future study, life and work. So, it's necessary to carry out the practical research of interactive teaching strategy that based on the cultivation of interpersonal interaction ability in primary school.The study with the supporting of information technology makes an interactive teaching strategy based on the cultivation of interpersonal interaction ability. And the teaching strategy is applied to the specific teaching of information technology in primary schools. The purpose is to stimulate students' learning enthusiasm and initiative, so that students can put their hole hearts into interactive activities and can improve their interpersonal interaction abilities. The teaching strategy is made under the guidance of cooperative learning theory, constructive learning theory and the symbolic interaction theory, according to the overall goal of information technology curriculum in elementary school, combined with curriculum characteristics and primary school students‘ cognitive and psychological characteristics, and the principle of strategy formulation. Teaching strategies involved in this paper include:1.The interactive strategy for the creation of situations;2. Emotional integration strategy;3. Classroom interactive strategy for the designing activities;4. Catechetic strategy;5. Cooperative learning strategies;6.Interactive evaluation strategy.The methods used in this research mainly include literature research method, educational experiment method and educational measurement method. And through a semester of teaching experiments to verify the effectiveness of interactive teaching strategies based on the interaction of students' interpersonal skills. Before the experiment, the students' ability of interpersonal interaction was compiled, and the students' interpersonal interaction ability was measured. In this experiment, we use two groups that is the single factor and non equivalence to do the teaching experiment, and select the city of Jinan, Shandong Province, a key grade five grade two classes as the experimental class and the control class. The interactive teaching strategy based on the training of students' interpersonal interaction ability was used in the experimental class while the conventional teaching strategy was used in the ordinary class. After the end of the teaching, the students' interpersonal interaction ability of the experimental class and the control class was obtained. Compared the measured data of the experimental class and compared the measured data of the experimental class with the control class, to verify the effectiveness of the interactive teaching strategy based on the interactive ability of students, which is supported by information technologyThrough the statistical analysis of the experimental data, we obtained the following results: Based on the interactive teaching strategy, the interactive teaching strategies can improve the students' interpersonal interaction ability, stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning, and make the students take the initiative to participate in classroom interaction.
