Research On The Development Strategy Of Higher Vocational Education Under The Background Of New Urbanization In Bazhou

The Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China clear ly put forward to promote the construction of new urbanizat ion and local governments at all levels answer the central call and actively implement the new urbanizat ion development strategy. Mongolia Autonomous Prefecture of Bayinguoleng takes new urbanization construction as an important task in its Twelfth Five Year Plan. New urbanization construction is also the future economic development and domestic demand expanding of Bayinguoleng autonomous prefecture(hereinafter referred to as Bazhou). Bazhou new urbanizat ion construction, economic structure transformation and upgrading, informatization, industrializat ion, and agricultural modernizat ion put forward higher requirements for higher vocational education. Higher vocational educat ion should take serving the regional economic development as the goal, and cultivat ing high quality applied talents for social development as the purpos e. Facing the opportunity of new urbanization, Bazhou higher vocational education must take effective measures to solve its own problems in the developm ent of society, strengthen the connotation construction, set up professionals and curricula adapting to social development, improve teachers quality; we should absorb social capital to invest higher vocational education and cooperate with enterprises so as to achieve modern vocational education and and achieve "zero distance" with market. We should play active role in new urbanization construction and realize rapid development under the background of new urbanization.This paper uses an empirical analysis method to introduce the research status of the relationship and analyze the interaction between the new urbanizat ion construction and the development of higher vocational education in Bazhou. The paper points out the requirements of the new urbanizat ion in Bazhou and analyzes the problems of Bazhou higher vocational education in the construction of new urbanization. At last, the paper puts forward that higher vocational education is to meet the needs of new urbanization construction in Bazhou and achieves its own development by changing social concepts and accurate positioning.
