The problem of reform school students becoming more and more prominent, it has great impact on reform school students themselves, their family, school and the society.Based on this background, the paper analyses these ideas of reform school student study and reform education study and social work intervention study, trying to use group work methods in reform school students to carry out the corresponding services, to explore the results of service, sum up experience and lessons, and try to put forward some suggestions for the research of our country's social work intervention in reform school student services and the development of reform education.In this paper, the service of group work in Li Zhi Middle School is the foundation,and these students are researching object, with team work as the main method, with team work practice services as the main body of the paper.Firstly, the article introduces the related situation of the school, and analyses the applicability of group work in the services for reform school student from the idea and method respect.Based on the team work under the guidance of the theory and method, which is given priority to the interviews and observation, supplemented by the corresponding questionnaire survey, and analyses the corresponding requirements to the service object.The third part of the article carries some activities that its center objective is the cognitive and behavioral improvement, implements eight practice activities, analyses the practical process. In the fourth part, the author evaluates the effect, from the aspects of cognitive and behavioral improvement and self-help ability, and the method in the process of practice and the value and role of the social worker.By evaluating, that team work service has certain effect, relevant experience and the method is worth extending and using for reference. Finally, it describes the saving grace and reflects on the deficiency of the study, puts forward some suggestion about group work in reform school student services and Reformatory education.
