The reform of Chinese Education has been made and strengthened step by step. Meanwhile, the edition of new teaching materials methodology is weeding through the old to bring forth the new. However, the sharpening contradictions between science and humanism, achievement and moral integrity have not been alleviated. Why there have been such great contrasts? The reason may lie in the absence of the Evaluating System of Chinese Education in the reform.According to this, we conduct a summary in this thesis of the historical accumulation of the evaluating ideology of Chinese Education and try to seek out the ideological root which influences Chinese Education in China.The most effective way to change the current situation is to re-build a Chinese Education Evaluating System which is more rational and all-round and which accords with the individual development.The thesis begins with a conclusive evaluation, followed by the leading significance of the evaluation to the Chinese Education and the specific content it involves.We have built up a fundamental Evaluating System of Practical significance ?Processing Evaluation in the combination with the developmental trends of the whole education field, with detailed explanation of objective classification, specific content and teaching wethods in the hope of bringing forth beneficial thoughts on the China Education Reform which is in progress.
