| We did this job satisfaction research for civil servants in Jinzhou New District of Dalian.By analyzing factors of job satisfaction which are important for grass-roots civil servants,we try to explore the grass-roots civil servants’ need on job,to make civil servants get job satisfaction through policy adjustments,and to improve the job satisfaction level of civil servants,so as to provide ideas for the government to improve the civil service management model.The practical significance of this research is firstly to improve the harmony and stability of the organization and prevent the loss of excellent talents.Through the study of this paper,we can improve the job satisfaction and loyalty of the civil servants,help the government to retain talents,and ensure the harmonious development of government organizations.Secondly is we can help to improve the physical and mental health of civil servants.Good physical and mental health will show the active state of the civil service and a good image of the work,and is helpful to promote the virtuous cycle of civil servants at work.This paper adopts the method of literature searching for background information,to determine the original dimensions and indexes;through interviews with experts and civil servants to improve the survey index and details;using questionnaire survey methods to obtain first-hand survey data;and using SPSS software to analyze statistical data and to obtain the relevant results.Based on the research results,solutions are obtained as following.The present situation of the civil servants’ job satisfaction in Jinzhou new Area is that the sub-district civil servants are mostly satisfied with the present working condition,but the situation is still needed to be improved in the working content,working time,value orientation and management system.There are four main factors that affect the job satisfaction of civil servants: civil servants’ position arrangement is not perfect,overtime arrangement is not reasonable,cohesion of sub-district offices is not strong,and lack of personal development opportunity.We have concluded four methods to improve the job satisfaction for civil servants: establish a sound working system,establish positive job orientation,establish effective internal resultant force,and establish good working conditions.In short,although the overall satisfaction of the sub-district civil servants is still high,but to ensure the long-term development of civil servants,we still need to improve some aspects through the above methods. |
