Research On The Design Of Elderly Care Station In Beijing

It is estimated that the elderly population over 60 years of age in China will reach 243 million in 2020 and will exceed 300 million by 2025.According to the basic national conditions of getting rich and getting old and rapid aging,and taking into account the characteristics of China’s traditional residential culture,the government has established a basic old-age pension policy,that is,based on home-based pensions,relying on community-based pensions,and institutional pension support.The coach station is an extension of the function of the street(township)old-age care center.It serves as the foundation of the home-based pension service and is an important carrier and main channel for the government to provide basic elderly care services for the elderly in the community.The community pension service station is a new type of old-age building that has emerged in recent years.At present,it is still in the stage of pilot construction and promotion in design and construction.There are no design specifications and standards issued by the national construction department,and the design and construction aspects are not mature and complete.There are some problems in practical use.The study selected 6 community aged care service stations in Beijing as the survey objects.Through on-site mapping,the building’s floor plan was drawn.Through questionnaire interviews,the basic status of the facilities and the experience of the elderly in the use process were understood.People are living in the retirement service station for a day,thus analyzing the behavioral characteristics of the elderly at different stages of health and the influence of different spatial relationships of facilities on the behavior of the elderly.On this basis,this paper puts forward the spatial composition of the community care service station,and explains in detail the use of the room,the use of the room,and the use of the room.Summarizes the types of spatial relationships and proposes functional space combinations that meet the characteristics of the elderly in the emerging stage.Proposed the activities of the elderly in the different health conditions,functional room design must pay attention to the problem,given the recommendations of the spatial design of the key points,provide a basis for the community’s retirement service station rational design.
