On the basis of combing the relevant research of Chinese and foreign scholars on the modernization of human beings,this paper discusses the concept of human modernization.At the same time,the theories related to systematically research the index system of modernization,the modernization of the township civil servants on the evaluation at home and abroad,put forward the study system of this thesis frame: combining the characteristics of township civil servants put forward the concept of modernization and the construction of the township civil servants with 5 indexes and 17 level two indexes of the township civil service modernization the evaluation index system.On this basis,carried out a field survey of 15 villages and towns in Yuanshi county.Collect the questionnaire about the degree of modernization of the township civil servants in Yuanshi County of Hebei province 381.Through analyzing the data of Yuanshi County 15 township civil service modernization level to evaluate the recovery of the questionnaire,and divided into 3 levels according to the scores.Based on the evaluation results,this paper finds out that there are still some problems in the modernization of township cadres in China,such as lack of innovative consciousness,lack of information literacy,low quality of science and technology,alienation of leisure ways and so on.In view of the above problems are analyzed,and the dynamic mechanism,find a solution path to improve the modernization level of township civil servants: improving the township civil servants own modern and perfect the related system,to create a modern administrative environment and corresponding countermeasures.The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the modernization level of township civil servants,and put forward the countermeasures to improve the modernization level of township officials,so as to provide policy reference and theoretical basis for promoting the development of villages and towns and upgrading the modernization level of counties. |
