Disability of the elderly spiritual comfort is the community pension,institutional pension,family pension can not be avoided in the problem,it is the pension industry in urgent need to solve the problem.And the body as the main place for the elderly,but ignored the spiritual needs of this group to meet the situation.In this paper,the F City Social Welfare Institute,for example,the first part of the welfare of the elderly to introduce the status quo.In the second part,the author uses the depth interview and observation method in field research to investigate the mental needs of the disabled and analyze the reasons why the spiritual needs are not satisfied.That they have a love,respect and participation in the activities of the three aspects of the spiritual needs.While the heavy material needs of the hospital to ignore the spiritual needs of the elderly themselves have mistaken cognition and lack of cooperation in the professional departments of the hospital seriously affected the disabled mental needs of the elderly are met.The third part promotes the multidisciplinary cooperation,focusing on the principles of integration,the principle of continuous service and the emphasis on the role of social workers,around the case of excavation and assessment of cases,the development of service plans,the implementation of service plans,monitoring and evaluation services.Disability elderly for spiritual comfort.The purpose of this paper is to fully exploit the professional resources of the hospital,to provide more diversified and professional services for the disabled,so as to improve the service efficiency,optimize the service quality and improve the quality of life of the elderly.
