Study On Community Care Model Of Shanghai Disabled Elderly

With the development of economy and society,the aging trend of aging population is getting worse.China has gradually stepped into an aging society.The growth of the elderly population will cause a series of new social problems,especially the new situation of the aged.With the miniaturization of today's family size and the weakening of the family endowment function,the traditional home-care approach is facing enormous difficulties.China's pension model has also changed with the advent of new situations.In the future,it will gradually change from family support for the aged to socialized support for the aged.Among them,the status and role of the community in many subjects of socialization of the elderly will become more and more important.Under these circumstances,what are the most needed elderly care services for disabled elderly people,how to get those services out of reach for disabled elderly quickly and easily,and how the balance between supply and demand of these services can be balanced.All this will be the future concern and Urgent problem to be solved.This article firstly reviews the domestic and foreign literatures about disabled seniors and community care,and expounds the related theories about the disabled seniors and the concept of community care and the basis of the essay writing.Secondly,the author starts from the peculiarity of old-age disabled in Shanghai,the development of community-based care for disabled elderly in Shanghai,and the necessity of community care for disabled elderly in Shanghai.Through empirical research,we sampled the pension demand and supply status of the disabled elders in different communities in Shanghai,analyzed the survey data and summarized the supply situation of elder elders community care in Shanghai and the factors influencing the effective supply of the elders' Then by the analytic hierarchy process,the combination of quantitative and qualitative research was carried out.Finally,the article puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for perfecting Shanghai community care model for elderly disabled elders from the perspective of macroscopical and microscopic based on the data of multiple surveys and the results of empirical analysis.Through telephone interviews,field interviews and questionnaires,this paper tries to find out the real and reliable data.Through interviews,we found that there are some problems in the physical needs,medical needs and spiritual comfort in Shanghai elderly care needs,such as spiritual supply The degree of attention paid is low;the source ofcommunity pension funds is single;the community medical resources are inadequate;the third party organizations have a low level of community participation in community care.In this paper,we propose targeted measures that generally require the establishment of a community-institution-family combination model system,specifically from the national level: the need to improve the long-term care service system for the disabled elderly;community level: the need to strengthen the government,pension institutions,Family communication channels;family level: need to participate in professional nursing training;personal level: disabled elderly need to play their own initiative.Through the above measures and suggestions,it can effectively improve the demand of elderly disabled services in Shanghai and improve the system of community care provision,which has an effective research value and reference significance for the research on the community care mode for the disabled elderly in Shanghai.
