The Research On The Performance Evaluation And Promotion Measures Of Airport Public Security Organs

The government and the public have proposed the request to the public security department for the work with the transformation of the government administration system from the “management” to“service”.Since the 18 th National Congress of theCPC,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has made important instructions to further strengthen and improved the construction of public security forces and promoted the reform of public security work under the new situation.At present,the Performance evaluation of the public security organs can only show that the public security organs are in accordance with the instructions and requirements of the higher authorities,but lack of the corresponding evaluation of work efficiency and social benefits.Therefore,the paper researched the airport public security organs performance evaluation system through investigation and research and according to the relevant theories of performance evaluation,the principle and method of the integrated use of a variety of performance evaluation to provide new measurement tools and technical support for the airport public security organs for promoting work efficiency.The paper introduced the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,the main contents and research methods firstly,and proceeds with the current situation of the performance appraisal,and sorted out its problems,and analyzed of the causes for the G Airport Public Security Bureau as an example.The new performance evaluation system of G Airport Public Security Bureau was proposed which improved the performance evaluation through theoretical research,and combined with the particularity of the airport public security organs,and comprehensive utilized the methods of a variety of performance evaluation.
