Study On Countermeasures Of Remodeling Police Image By Party Building In Public Security

Since the 21 st Century,as a potential resource and wealth,the image has been recognized and studied from all walks of life.There is not a government,society,political organization,occupation in the world that does not have a specific image in line with their own positioning.China's public security organs and the people's police is no exception.As an integral part of the national government,in the implementation of maintaining social stability,combating crime,police always show their own image,representing the credibility of the party and the government.Therefore,the quality of the image is not only related to the people's trust and favor of the police profession,but also affecting the party and the government's ruling concept that is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,whether the people's heartfelt support.With China's reform and opening up into the "deep water",the potential contradictions in the economic and social development continue to highlight,the people's enthusiasm to participate in public affairs gradually is rising.Once the event is fermented by the Internet,it becomes a national event.The problem,that in the past may be tiny,has now become precarious,and even overnight to let the police lost their jobs.Once the police involved in public events,the public is very concerned about the police's ability to deal with difficulties,so the police image becomes more and more transparent and open,becomes the object of everyone talking.However,over the past few years,the public image has been discredited.This shocks the public's nerves and endurance.For example,in March 2017 in Liaocheng,Shandong "the murder case of insulting the mother," the police's omission in the illegal detention,in 2016 in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,former public security minister Zhao Liping intentional homicide,etc.Therefore,in the internet-era,the public security organs must attach great importance to the construction of the police image and prevent the work from being passive.The paper intends to analyze China's current police image as the starting point,through the analysis of the existing research data,necessity of police image construction in connotation,elaborated people's image of the police structure,under the current situation,analysis of problems in the construction of police image,and then put forward some consultative the countermeasures from the angle of Party building,so as to enrich the theory of construction of the image of the police in our country.This paper is divided into the following five parts:The first chapter mainly introduces the purpose and significance of this paper,the research status quo at home and abroad,as well as research ideas and methods and innovation points;The second chapter mainly introduces the concept and composition of the police and the police image,how to locate the police image,and the concrete manifestation of the deviation of the police image;The third chapter analyzes the current situation and reasons of the police image crisis in China,including the concept of the police image crisis,introduces the causes of the crisis of the police image from four aspects: system mechanism,individual factor,police force relations and self-regulation;The fourth chapter focuses on the importance and necessity of public security party building for police image.After the previous narrative,the image of the police has been urgent.The party building of public security is more systematic and comprehensive,and must attach great importance to public security party building work in public security work;The fifth chapter is from the perspective of public security party building to shape the image of our police countermeasures.Public security party building work involves a wide range,including the construction of Party organizations,Party members' Ideological and political education,police professional culture,and the flesh and blood ties with the masses,etc.Based on the results of this research,places emphases on reasonable treatment and and puts forward to countermeasures of remodeling police image by Party building in Public Security.
