The Research On Countermeasures Which The Grassroots Public Security Agency Uses To Deal With The Police Public Opinion Crisis Under The Background Of Information Technology

In today’s era,the pattern of social interests in our country is in changing times.The rights consciousness of the masses has enhanced and all kinds of contradictions and disputes has become increasingly prominent;the development of the internet technology makes dissemination of information faster and wider,and offers efficient platforms for public opinion supervision.But,at the same time,it also provides convenience for the spread of internet rumors and the formation of public opinion crisis.The grassroots public security agency are the primary and basic link in police work,shoulders the responsibility of maintaining social stability and enhancement of people’s sense of security,and always keep in touch with the masses.So,it easily causes public attention and faces the challenges of more and more frequent police public opinion crisis.How to properly dispose the crisis,eliminate the negative effects,get support from public opinion is a major issue of the grassroots public security agency.In this paper,I mainly use cross-disciplinary research method to analysis characteristics and regular pattern of the police public opinion crisis.Through analysis the case of “Lei Yang”,I find out the mistakes in disposing of the event.The analysis result reflects the importance of mastering the method of dealing with the public opinion crisis.On the base of the rule of the crisis,this paper put forward targeted opinions:In the incubation period,put the prevention in the first place;After the outbreak of crisis,carry out emergency work to intervene in public opinions;In the decay stage of crisis,cope with the aftermath to eliminate the negative influence and rebuild credibility.I make the study of the strategy,in order to enrich the theory of police public relations,and further enhance the ability of grassroots public security organs of dealing with the police public opinion crisis.The grassroots public security organs should constantly upgrade the concept of law enforcement,improve the way,and keep pace with the times.Under the background of information technology,it is necessary to keep a positive,to open and inclusive attitude,put the work consciously under the supervision of the masses,and pay attention to the impact of crisis of social reality,in order to improve the ability of public security and law enforcement,and establish a good image of law enforcement for the people.
