Study On The Community-based Rehabilitation Of Subsidized Housing

In recent years,the construction of affordable housing in China has developed rapidly,and the "double priority" principle of affordable housing policy for rehabilitating people in the region has made the number of rehabilitation workers in the community much higher than that of ordinary communities.Therefore,to explore the community rehabilitation of affordable housing community rehabilitation path,is conducive to better promote the rehabilitation of community life,and better enhance the level of affordable housing community welfare.This paper takes the JS affordable housing community in Baiyun district of Guangzhou City as an example.On the basis of analyzing the theory and practice of community rehabilitation of disabled people at home and abroad.Based on the theory of ecological system and the theory of social support,the World Health Organization(WHO)community rehabilitation index,through the questionnaire survey,interview,community observation and other analysis of the needs of community rehabilitation and community rehabilitation services,this paper examines the present situation and predicament of the survival and development of health,education,livelihood,society and empowerment in the rehabilitation community.The author through the experience of community rehabilitation at home and abroad,according to the characteristics of affordable housing community built into the "three organizations as the main body,the specific problem-oriented,to achieve comprehensive rehabilitation as the goal" of the system,comprehensive,comprehensive affordable housing community community rehabilitation service system.
