Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Community Drug Rehabilitation In H Province

On June 1,2008,the "Drug Control Law of the People’s Republic of China" was officially promulgated,incorporating "community drug treatment" as a new drug treatment measure into the drug control law,specifically stipulating the legality of "community drug treatment",marking the beginning of the transformation of China’s drug treatment strategy from the "judicial punishment" model led by compulsory institutions to the "return to society" model led by communities.The construction of community drug rehabilitation in China has experienced steady development from scratch.In general,the perspective of community drug rehabilitation research and exploration has been continuously expanded over the past few years,and certain achievements have been achieved.However,objectively,the current perspective and field of community drug rehabilitation research are still not rich,and there are still various limitations and shortcomings.With the continuous progress of community drug rehabilitation work,the practical problems encountered are also numerous and complex,The community drug rehabilitation work is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.Based on the research results obtained,this article comprehensively summarizes the current policies and development status of community drug treatment in H Province.Through in-depth interviews and questionnaires conducted by drug abusers,drug control workers,and drug abusers family members,combined with practical work,this article finds out the problems restricting the development of drug treatment in the current community.The study finds that there are problems in community drug treatment,such as uncontrolled withdrawal of drug abusers,insufficient supporting measures for drug treatment,and insufficient funding Based on in-depth analysis of the causes of problems such as low professionalism and professionalism of staff,and exclusion of community residents from drug treatment in the community,it is recommended to improve the level of drug treatment work in the community through five measures: establishing and improving a collaborative and collaborative working mechanism,improving the social support system,improving the level of specialization in drug treatment and rehabilitation,building an information platform,and strengthening publicity and public opinion guidance,Strive to maintain social stability and long-term stability.
