Research On Volunteer Service Management-Unite With The Exploration Of Volunteer Service Management In Wenzhou

Voluntary public welfare is the third essential attribute as well as a most characteristic attribute of non-profit organizations(NPOs).Volunteer organizations and NPOs share basically same connotation and denotation.The internal driving force is neither profit nor authority,but volunteerism-based altruism and mutualism.So volunteer service has a positive effect on the construction of socialist spiritual civilization and the promotion of social harmony.Volunteering need actiong together,It can compensate for the inadequacy of government’s function,and allows the public to participate in the management of public affairs.The author collected related data through questionnaire,collection of literature and material and comparative analysis,on-site visit in this article.Through the work experience in the Communist Youth League system,,a lot of communications and understandings with the grassroots volunteer service teams,in the early stage of the collection,through the use of these four ways,the author tried her best to keep validity,completeness and reliability of the collected data.This paper can be divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction,through description of background of study theme,meaning,research review and research methods,a study frame is formed.The second part is a description on the status of China’s volunteer service management and the existence of current problems.The third part analyzes the problems and situation of volunteer servicemanagement via management analysis,practice analysis and comparative analysis,and make a case study on the situations of volunteer service management in the United States,Singapore,Taiwan and Guangzhou,so as to obtain the difference of volunteer service management between domestic and foreign systems.The fourth part puts forward measures and suggestions for further improvement on volunteer service management,including the perfection of mechanism,adjustment on system,legal protection and voluntary culture propaganda and so on.The fifth part is a summary.The innovation of this paper is not only shown in an exploration on volunteer service management from the national level,but also shown in an investigation on current problems existing in volunteer service management from county level.In a certain sense the economic level of the county and city determines the issue of volunteer service management.Because Yueqing City’s economic level is representative,so in this paper,this city is selected as a representative for study on volunteer service management,so as to discuss the problems existing in the management of volunteer service at the county level.Another innovation of this paper is shown in the design of the measures.With reference to the advanced approaches in volunteer service management of the United States and Singapore,the study makes an exploration by performing ideological guidance on young people,adhering to the diversified examination and evaluation system for entrance and establishing unified volunteer service management platform.These suggestions are put forward according to actual situation,so they will have certain significance for the improvement of volunteer service management.This paper makes a study by combing multiple methods and analyzes the current situation of volunteer service management,tries to get inspiration from overseas advanced management mode,and puts forward some innovative countermeasures to promote the positive interaction between volunteer service organizations and governments,so as to form a virtuous circle between voluntary service and society,such study has certain practical significance.
