Today,the car-hailing service has become one of the most important ways for people to travel around the world.People love the car-hailing service because it can provide people with fast,convenient and comfortable traveling experience.China has already promulgated a new law,“Internet booking taxi business service management interim measures” in 28 July,2016.After that,the industry of car-hailing service has become more normative,but there are still many problems that we cannot ignore.The development of the car-hailing service is very fast.This paper aims at giving the car-hailing service a specific definition and introducing the necessity of legal regulation about the car-hailing service.It's necessary for us to modify the legal of the car-hailing service,because there are many problems in car-hailing service,such as the casual charge,the spread of the unlicensed taxi and the lack of regulations.Next,we need to analyze the legislation of the car-hailing service,the law enforcement of the car-hailing service,the people's cognition of the car-hailing service and the company construction of the car-hailing service in various points of view.And through these analyses,we can find the point of the problems in car-hailing service.Finally,this paper will introduce the law of the car-hailing service abroad and make a comparison between our country and foreign countries.What's more,we should give the law regulation of the car-hailing service with better suggestions,according to the existing problems at present.These suggestions will include several points,such as legislation,law enforcement,supervision and the self-government of the car-hailing companies.I hope this paper will be helpful for the legal regulation in car-hailing service and contribute to the development of the car-hailing service in future.
