| The composition of Tianjin sanitation workers has gradually changed frompublic institution workers into migrant workers. Whether the sanitation migrantworkers’ employment relationship can be properly solved, has become an importantissue, which has great effect on the development of Tianjin sanitation industry andTianjin citizens’ health and life’s quality. But the employment situation of Tianjinsanitation workers is not ideal, such as no labor contracts with the employee,can’tequally have salary and social insurance. Therefore, this thesis tries to aggressivelyexplore the modes of Tianjin sanitation workers employment, analyze employmentstatus, locate the problems and root the reasons.With system’s sufficient study of thecountry’s migrant worker employment, this thesis tries to find out the systeminnovation and system reference, finally submit several proposals to the sanitationindustry employment modes from different aspects, to the country, Tianjin localgovernment, human and social security administration department, also to thesanitation industry.This thesis’ study focus on the labor contract sign process between the migrantworkers and the employer, the reform of migrant workers’ salary structure, themigrant workers’ social security issue, and etc. The evaluation standard on migrantworkers’ employment modes, salary form and social security modes is all on one rule,whether they are good for the development of sanitation industry employment inTianjin. This thesis’s background relates with sanitation public institution reform andTianjin present migrant workers employment status and social insurance policy. |
