Drug crime seriously endanger and destroy the human society like a social cancer.For a long time,our country has taken some measures to prevent drug crimes,such as social prevention and punishment prevention,which has played a certain role in the prevention of drug-related crimes,but did not effectively curb the high incidence of drug-related crimes.Situational prevention based on the reflection of traditional crime prevention,turned the focus of crime prevention to criminal acts,revealed the law of criminal acts,intervented and control the external situations of causing criminal motivation and prompting motivation into the acts,so as to reduce the probability of crimes,to achieve the purpose of crime prevention.The crime prevention measures of more operability and flexibility applied in drug crime prevention has positive practical significance.The situational factors of crime formation have two functions,one is to induce the formation of criminal motivation,the second is to promote motivation into the act.Accordingly,in the type of drug-related crimes,there are situational factors that affect the formation of criminal motivation and situational factors that promote motivation into the act.Specifically,it can be divided into social situation factors and physical situation factors,social situation factors include background,interpersonal factors,life events,physical situation factors include object,time and space,the social control omission.The drug crime situational factors interact mechanism has two key points: the formation of criminal motivation and the conversion of the motivation into the act.Specifically,life background stimulus needs,needs to be strengthened in interpersonal relationships,motivated by the influence of life events;Objective factors make motivation clear,space-time factors enable motivation to be strengthened,gaining momentum,social control omission urges motivation into act.Accordingly,the way to prevent the situation of drug crime is to restrain the formation of criminal motivation and prevent the conversion of existing criminal motivation into act.The key to restraining the formation of criminal motivation is to take measures to make the individual's needs can not be intensified.The main focus is to reduce the stimulus of crime,by improving the living background,guiding the healthy life of the individual,weakening the bad needs;by interfering the interpersonal communication in order to eliminate the adverse effects of peer pressure;by reducing the needs to maintain normal.The key to preventing the crime motive into the act is to control the physical situation factors and eliminate blind angle,transmit informations that difficult to succeed,such as high risk,less chance,low income,excuse exclusion and so on.So as to influence the choice of potential criminals,so that they give up the implementation of criminal acts by making it impossible to commit or dare to commit.
