| Crimes of property violation are the collection of illegal occupation, stealing, embezzlement and destroying public and private property on purpose. In the chapter five of Chinese Criminal Law treats robbery, stealing, swindle, bribery as the typical property crimes. In many years property crimes always keep top first among criminals. The paper aims to analyze the causes of property crime and emphasize its preventive measures including social prevention, community prevention and situational prevention. |
