It is well known that, the grass-roots system is at the end of the system, and the impact was far less than high-ranking corruption. But the dangers cannot be ignored for many reasons. Grassroots corruption occurs around the masses from the perspective of space; It harms the vital interests of the people directly from the perspective of interest; The consequences of corruption is directly passed onto the general public; The number of cases, together with the amount of money is beyond imagination. The campaign will lead to the grassroots level after rooting out corrupt high-ranking figures in the central government. But the research showed that these are insurmountable obstacles identified practical techniques for tackling Corruption at the Grassroots. So we have brought new attention to tackling Corruption at the Grassroots. The corruption at the Grassroots deserves consideration of alternative methods that may conduce to reduction more efficiently. The situational crime prevention approach differs from traditional approaches in its focus on criminal events rather than offenders. It offers five general crime principles representing different ways to reduce crime’s attractiveness to potential offenders: increase the degree of effort necessary to carry out the offence; increase the risk of detection of the offence; reduce the rewards that can be obtained from committing the crime; reduce the situational conditions that may provoke an unplanned criminal act; and removing the offender’s ability to justify criminal acts or absolve criminal responsibility. The situational crime approach offers preventative applications that focus on deterring potential crime from committing these acts. The situational crime prevention has become increasingly popular. The purpose of this study is to examine the potential effects of the situational crime prevention approach and applications in reference to corruption at the grassroots. Situational crime prevention techniques appear capable of influencing the decisions made by potential offenders so that they become less likely to commit specific offense.Although situational crime prevention has gained popularity among criminal justice academics and practitioners over the last two decades, the crime opportunity-reducing techniques have been applied more to street crimes than to others. But situational prevention comprises opportunity-reducing measures directed at highly specific forms of crime. This study assesses the vulnerability and attractiveness of tackling corruption at the grassroots based on a situational crime prevention approach. Since both of them are similar in many aspects, the practice does not occur rejection. And the difficulties of governance and specific measures were analyzed according to the situation and the perpetrator of this two-way interaction.
