This paper tries to pay attention to the present situation of the disabled people's social life in China,observe the comprehensive existing problems and find out its origins and solutions.In the process of discussing,the concept “art therapy” in medical psychology is introduced.We can discover the discourse pattern through the interpretation of their works and their strong desires to be understood.Coming up with new argument of external guided art therapy,artists touch the spiritual world of the disabled through their works,and try to build a bridge for them to reach the ordinary people.The new “art therapy” plays an important role in the inner structure.Technology changes life,so does art.By case study,field visit,questionnaire inquiry,the article aims to put forward the core of public art's intervene,try to analyze the community responsibility of public art,and focus on the function of communication with the public.Taking my art works for the disabled as an example,this paper combines the creational inspiration,presentation and effects of the works,and my communication with the disabled people,with my research result on the existing public art,discusses the potential possibilities of public art and social relations,and deduce the value of public art for the disabled in their social life that connectivity as the bridge between the disabled and the society.Through discussing the publicity and social responsibility of public art,it studies the influence of public art to life for the disabled,investigates the interactions between the disabled and public art and then try to find out the differences and characteristics of communicability of public art between life of ordinary people and the disabled.
