The Application Of Casework In Alleviating The Negative Emotions Of Moderately Disabled Elderly People

in China,with the acceleration of the aging process,the society pays more and more attention to the elderly,mainly because they become a "social problem".Among them,the disabled elderly,as a special group in the elderly population,have attracted the attention of many researchers due to the quality of care personnel,institutional pension and psychological needs.This article is mainly aimed at the moderate disability old man for a study of negative emotions,moderate disability old man as a disability groups of data is relatively large,relatively serious problem and demand relatively broad groups,in institutions endowment life tend to be more vulnerable to some negative emotions of breeding,and such problems as the weakening of social support.Aiming at the negative emotions of the moderately disabled elderly in institutional pension,social workers mainly selected two service objects with obvious anxiety and depression emotions during the internship,and conducted service and research by combining case work with rational emotional therapy,case work skills and social support theory.In the process of intervention,case 1 mainly focused on rational emotional therapy,combined with case work method,starting from the individual of the service object,and improved emotional problems with rational belief.In case 2,the work skills and methods of social work professionals are mainly involved to provide services from the support of service objects and environment,and to build a social support network to alleviate emotional problems of service objects.Based on the practical service,social workers found that the combination of theory and practice required the foundation of relevant professional knowledge,and the social workers’ mastery of the skills of case work was conducive to the sense of achievement of the service.In addition,for the service groups,social workers believe that pension institutions should aim at humanized services,give adequate care and care to the moderately disabled elderly,and pay attention to the negative emotional problems of the moderately disabled elderly.At last,through practice,social workers think case work in moderate disability,old man in the negative emotion problem has certain relief and popularization,in social work practice social work in colleges and universities and institutions,and more negative emotional problems in the elderly group intervention is beneficial to the whole quality of old-age care service system.
