Study On The Management Of Mobile Vendors

With the pace of economic development and social modernization,urbanization process gradually accelerated,urban management is more and more difficult as well.The smooth operation of the city system is inseparable from the efficient city management,the city order needs urban management of high quality.Mobile vendors set up points at random,roadside business,avoiding tax......a series of problems to the city management has a huge negative impact,on the whole environment,the government had to take part in remediation.Urban management law enforcement departments rectify the flow of stalls,in the meanwhile,because of business activities which was blocked,mobile vendors lost their living space。The conflicts between street vendors and urban management has intensified.Speech shocks,physical conflict and even serious bloods,which are so common,trigger the widespread concern of whole society.In this paper,the literature analysis method,comparative research method and interview investigation method are the main methods,which define the concepts of urban management,urban management law enforcement and mobile street vendors.With the Lushan kuling Town as the starting point,the author investigates the general situation of the flow vendors in kuling Town,,and tries to show the achievements and problems of the management of flow vendors in Kuling town.With mufti-angle deconstruction,the author conduct a comprehensive analysis of the causes in management difficulties.Compared with advanced experience of domestic and foreign research and management with mobile vendors,the author wants to innovative ideas,to build a scientific and long-term governance mechanism of mobile vendors in Kuling town of Mt Lushan.
