Research On The Problems Of Grass-roots Labor Security Supervision

With the reform deepening,our economic and social upgrades unceasingly,the subject of labor relationship and their interest demands become more and more diversification,the conflicts in labor relations highlight day by day,the illegal act of infringing upon the rights of the workers has occurred frequently.As an important way for the government to take charge of the labor market and protect the legitimate rights of the laborers,the role and status of labor security supervision gradually appeared.How to effectively deal with the complex and volatile market economy environment,solve the contradiction between labor relations and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers is the main problems of labor security supervision in China.The grassroots labor and social security supervision is related to the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people,do the grassroots labor security supervision well has great significance to building a harmonious labor relationship and maintaining the stability of the labor market.Based on the actual situation of R county labor security supervision,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the status quo and law enforcement data of R county labor security supervision,to explore the main problems facing grass-roots labor and social security monitoring and the reasons for these problems,and seeks to find a solution to the problems existing in the current grassroots labor security supervision.Finally the writer gives the suggestions to solve the problems of the grass-roots labor security supervision in five aspects,mainly from strengthening the construction of labor security supervision team,Strengthening the construction of "two networks" of labor security supervision,improving the relevant laws and regulations,increasing the propaganda of the relevant laws and regulations propaganda and adjusting the existing labor security supervision system.
