Research On Labor Security Supervision In H Province

Labor security supervision as government intervention, adjusting and regulating the labor relations in accordance with the legal system, has many characteristics, such as getting legal, administrative, specialized, mandatory, and is a common ststem in today’s market economy countries. However, with the rapid development of economy and society, our country labor security supervision system has become increasingly unsuited to the development demand and is difficult to timely and effective protection of legitimate rights and interests of workers, labor. And social security law enforcement supervision problem will be solved, these problems also exist in different extent in H province.
