Case Work Methods Involved In The Practice Of The Juvenile Crime Correction Research

Youth problems has been one of focuses on the problems in the process of development in our country,community correction pilot started since 2002,our country's youth community correction then began to grow,and as a kind of open mode of community correction in criminal law,return to a normal life in order to help the criminal teenagers as the main target,under the guidance of social work,to carry out the rectification work.This paper takes Chongqing X community youth as the main research object,the label theory,theory of social support,the support of the social control theory and the theory of energized,case interview method,the methods of literature and on-the-spot investigation method,starting from the background and psychology of juvenile delinquency,use case interview method,combining with the actual case for teenagers to Chongqing X community crime case analysis of a case,in the study found two real cases,using case work method for the current problems of the current situation of juvenile delinquency and has carried on the detailed analysis.To really cut down on teen crime,we must make full use of community resources to help teenagers to set up the correct values,to improve the traditional education education,help teenagers to find confidence in life and study.And,of course,to help and guide teenagers on the right track and is not an easy goal,need continuous exploration and practice,therefore,of crime teenagers also should build up confidence,to help them return to society,the earlier back to the family.Again through the case work involved in youth community correction in the implementation process is insufficient for reflection,and sums up the proposals to improve the community correction in China,with many resources mutual coordination and jointly promote the development of community correction in China.
