The Investigation And Analysis Of The Housing Choice Of Migrant Workers In Different Types Of Communities

The migrant workers has made an important contribution to China's city development and economic prosperity of the city,but they are in the "semi city" and "outsiders" embarrassing situation,one of the performance of poor residential conditions and unstable housing is "semi city" and "outsiders".To solve the problem of migrant workers living in the is a key step of migrant workers into the society,our country city is faced with the challenge of migrant workers in Liaoning province.This paper uses the 2013 survey data,through analysis,the main research in Shenyang community types of migrant workers living situation and influence the choice of type selection and the living conditions of the factors.The study found that the two main ways to solve the housing of migrant workers is the unit collective dormitory and rental residence,in the city residence of migrant workers only 16.11%,while living on the site or shed migrant workers are also an important group.In two community perspectives,the proportion of migrant workers in Urban Community rental housing is high,migrant workers in urban and rural areas in the community of the Ministry of the combination of their own home purchase and live in the site shed high.The basic individual characteristics of migrant workers,the characteiristics of-human capital,family characteristics,employment characteristics will affect the residence choice of migrant workers.Firstly,the sex,age and marital status of migrant workers affect the family belonging of migrant workers,and then the choice of residence type of migrant workers,income is also an important factor influencing the choice of migrant workers.Secondly,the educational age,the training status and the health status will affect the wages and treatment of migrant workers,thus affecting the income of migrant workers,and thus affecting the residence choice of migrant workers.Thirdly,the greater the likelihood of migrant workers,the smaller the likelihood of their choice of residence,the poorer the living conditions,the greater the likelihood of the retention willingness of migrant workers,and the better living conditions.Fourthly,the better the migrant workers 'living conditions,the better the types of work and the working stability of the migrant workers are also affecting the economic sources.According to the research findings,combined with the current living situation of migrant workers in our country,we can get the following enlightenment:first,in order to adapt to the trend of migrant workers of family migration,units of the dormitory and the government to provide accommodation should be set to a certain proportion of the migrant workers family housing;second,according to China's migrant workers in the city trend of long-term residence.will gradually be migrant workers included in the housing provident fund system and affordable housing system,to facilitate the purchase of migrant workers;third,through the training of migrant workers occupation skills,improve the competitiveness and increase the income of migrant workers,migrant workers to promote migrant workers to improve the living conditions.Finally,focus on improving the living conditions of community migrant workers in urban and rural areas.
