The Stakeholders Type Of Economic Crime Research

In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy,various new types of economic activities,the stakeholders particularly type development momentum of economic activities.Also cause in our province and even the national scope,the stakeholders type of economic crime repeated outbreaks,ratings continued high,has been expanding its case,the victims range from the county,the city also gradually extended to the province and even the whole country.In this paper,combining with the current domestic type of stakeholder management of economic activities and type of stakeholder economic crime prevention,and treatment of practice,using the methods of literature research,case analysis,and according to the law,public management,and other multi-disciplinary theory knowledge,type of stakeholders in our province economic activity management and stakeholder type of economic crime prevention,and treatment of study.At the same time,combined with the author’s practical experience,this article try to stakeholder type of economic crime definition is proposed.Research thinks,at home and abroad on the economic crime of stakeholder type two categories are too scattered and isolated,separate from the fight,the prevention and treatment of stakeholders economic crime or solve the stakeholder model of economic crime to explore social issues and can not effectively solve the stakeholders type of economic crime.Based on the two aspects of theory and practice analysis,comprehensive,makes every effort to the study of the above-mentioned two aspects from the theory of stakeholder type economic crime causes and characteristics were analyzed,and the type on the stakeholders from the current practice of economic crime blow,prevention and treatment of difficult and put forward feasible stakeholders economic activity management and stakeholder model economic crime prevention,and treatment measures.Type in this paper,five chapters to stakeholders preventing and hitting economic crime is studied:first chapter is the introduction,mainly introduces the research background,this article put forward in this paper,the research method and framework;The second chapter,type of stakeholder theory explaining economic crime;The third chapter analyses the current government of stakeholder management of economic activities and the stakeholders of economic crime prevention,and treatment of model;The fourth chapter expounds the current government in type of stakeholder economic activities and stakeholder management type of economic crime prevention,and treatment of problems;Chapter 5 for the government and the related administrative departments to strengthen the stakeholder management of economic activities and increase stakeholder type of economic crime prevention,and treatment of efforts put forward the corresponding countermeasures,in order to better solve our province in the stakeholders economic activity and the stakeholders economic crime field problems.
