With the rapid development of the chemical industry,rail transport become an important way to transport hazardous chemicals.In the process of transport,the risk of hazardous chemicals is high due to the influence of their own characteristics and environment.The monitoring of dangerous goods in real-time can detect potential security risks and improve the safety and reliability effectively.At present,the power supply problem is the main factor restricting the development of dangerous transportation technology.In this thesis,a safety monitoring system about hazardous chemicals has been studied by solving the power supply problem.The main works are as follows:(1)A miniature compressed air power generation system based on adaptive control is proposed aiming at the high cost of power generation.The system makes use of the compressed air stored in the railway truck air system under the premise of ensuring the safety of the railway freight transport,and combines the sliding mode control and the PI control method to realize the reliable power generation of the freight car compartment,and provides the reliable energy for monitoring system.(2)The terminal for railway wagon,cab information transfer station,remote monitoring center and the communication between there are designed about railway truck dangerous monitoring system.Firstly,the dangerous state information is collected by car terminal sensor,and wireless communication is sent to the cab through ZigBee.Secondly,the cab information transfer station achieve train positioning through GPS,the railway truck terminal is controlled by the ARM core STM32 controller,and the voice alarm function is achieved by using AVR-based ATmega32 controller.Finally,the positioning information and dangerous state information are sent to the remote control center through GPRS/GSM remote wireless communication to realize real-time monitoring..(3)The correctness and effectiveness of the system power supply method are verified by MATLAB simulation experiment and physical test.And the Man-machine interface is developed,which verify that the system is complete,easy to use and meeting application requirements. |
