Values are the backbone of a nation and a society.In recent years,the Communist Party of China and the government vigorously advocate and spread the socialist core values,and strive to make it the value pursuit and spiritual belief.The dissemination of socialist core values needs to adhere to a certain carrier,in the development of information technology era,the network gradually become the set to of people’s ideas and values.How to play the important position of the network platform,and form the discourse influence of the socialist core values,is a major issue we are facing currently.The dissemination of socialist core values from the perspective of discourse power in network has its significance.It can cohere people’s common view of network,resist the hegemony of western network discourse,build a cultural power of network,and maintain network ideological security.Through the questionnaire survey and the use of SPSS software to analyze the survey results,It is found that there are some realistic problems:the influnce of core values discourse dissemination in Internet is weak,the carrier is limited,the effectiveness is not strong and it is questioned.These relate to the extension of social contradictions in cyberspace,the concussion of diverse social ideology trend in network,the influence of network information vulgarization,the penetration of western network discourse hegemony.Thus,we must adhere to some principles:the combination of the leader and the masses,the combination of the focus and the whole,the combination of the unification the diversification,the combination of the online and the offline.At the same time,It explores the specific and effective paths from five aspects:reinforcing the realistic foundation,constructing the discourse position,cultivating talents,creating environment and constructing restraint mechanism of discourse of the dissemination of socialist core values.
