Reserch On Public Goods Supply In The "Village To Residence" Community Of Handan City

"Village change" is a unique phenomenon in the process of urbanization in China.After the "village change",the villagers before the reform into the public,the villagers committee formed into the urban community residents committee system,"village change home" community public service function highlights the increasing demand for community residents and showed a diversified trend.The quantity and quality of public goods supply in the community changed directly to the sense of belonging,identity,production and life of the residents in the transitional period,and the need of material and spiritual culture.Therefore,it is an urgent problem to improve the supply of public goods in the community to solve the problems existing in the supply of public goods.This paper first analyzes the relevant theoretical research on the supply of public goods in the village to the village at home and abroad,and defines the related concepts of the supply of public goods in the village to the village,which lays the theoretical foundation for the research.Then,from the practical point of view,to Handan City "village change home" community as the object,its public goods supply situation research.This paper summarizes the problems and reasons of the "village change" community in the supply of public goods in Handan City,through the investigation of the construction of the "village change home" community and the reality of the supply of public goods in Handan City.By drawing lessons from the relevant experiences at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of Handan City,try to build a new model of "supply of public goods" in Handan City.In order to improve the efficiency of supply and the satisfaction of residents,we should change the function of government and construct a service-oriented government.Secondly,we should establish a diversified supply pattern and fundraising.In order to improve the supply efficiency and residents' satisfaction in the process of supply of public goods in Handan City,Model;finally,the establishment of government and residents should co-governance management and supervision system.In this paper,the "village to change the community" in Handan City as apoint to point to the general,hoping for more areas "village change" community public goods supply model to provide reference.
