Research On The Supply Of Public Goods In Jinma "Village-to-Community" Community In Lu’an City

The emergence of the"village-to-community"community is a form of community created by China in response to the pace of urbanization in the country.The"village-to-community" community changed the originall"village"into"community"and turned the villagers into citizens.In this process,the residents’demands for living space are more and more diversified.The supply of public goods in the community plays an important role in community governance.At present,the supply of public goods in the"village-to-community" community in China is still at the stage of exploration.There are many problems in the supply,which hinders to some extent.The pace of urbanization of the city.Improve the supply of public goods in the"village-to-community"community,and have a positive impact on community residents’ integration into urban life as soon as possible,improve living standards and create good living conditions,and enhance the sense of belonging and enthusiasm of community residents.This article follows the national policy requirements for community governance.Starting from Lu’an City,where urbanization has expanded rapidly in recent years,the Jinma community,a typical example of the "village-to-community" community in the city,is an example of the public in the community.Research on the current status and problems of product supply.Firstly,it expounds the research status of community public goods supply by domestic and foreign scholars,and analyzes the concepts and related theories of "village-to-community"community and public products,and lays the theoretical foundation of the article research.Secondly,taking the Jinma"village-to-community"community as an example,the public goods supply situation in the community was investigated,and the supply scale and satisfaction of various public products were analyzed.Then,it summarizes a series of problems in the supply of public goods in Jinma community,including:single supply subject;lack of funding sources;insufficient supply of public goods;low community participation of residents,and analysis of the above problems The reasons are:the government’s role is not accurate;the fundraising mechanism is not perfect;the resident demand expression mechanism is not perfect;the residents’ subjective consciousness is weak.Finally,in the proposal to improve the supply of public goods in the"village-to-community"community of Jinma,according to a series of problems existing in the community,it is proposed to construct a multi-supply main body;broaden the sources and channels of funds;improve the demand expression mechanism;Co-administer the countermeasures for sharing.This paper comprehensively analyzes the supply of public goods in the "village-to-community" community in Jinma,and improves various aspects of supply subject,supply fund and supply content,in order to be able to publicize the "village-to-community" community and other"village-to-community"communities in Jinma.Supply provides reference.
