Research On The Youth Employment And Entrepreneurship Serving Problems Of The Communist Youth League In Dalate Banner Of Inner Mongolia

In recent years,influenced by international financial crisis,our country economy downward pressure is increasing,employment situation is not optimistic.As the main body of employment and entrepreneurship,the situation youth is becoming increasingly tense,especially with the number of college graduates increased year by year,many young graduates are facing the dilemma of unemployment.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),Comrade Xi,as the core of the CPC central committee,attaches great importance to the employment business work.Li Keqiang,prime minister in the 2014 summer davos BBS puts forward the"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"(double gen).And employment and entrepreneurship policy measures to stimulate the employment of the whole society enthusiasm have been carried out.That how the Communist Youth League organizations at all levels can find out the entry point,and support a good service for the young people,is in urgent need of in-depth research and innovation of the major strategic issues.This paper takes the researches and development of the services for the youth employment and entrepreneurship from the Communist Youth League organizations in Dalate Banner of Inner Mongolia as the starting point.The introduction section mainly introduces the research background and the meaning,the thought way as well as the innovation and the insufficiency.The related concepts and basic theories are defined in the second part.The third part analyzes the status quo of youth employment and employment in Dalate Banner by means of questionnaires.The fourth part analyzes the main work and main problems and causes of the services for the youth employment and entrepreneurship from the Communist Youth League organizations in Dalate Banner.Finally,some effective countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
