Study On The Cultivation Path Of Chinese Citizens’ Belief In Socialist Rule Of Law

China’s rule of law has experienced more than 30 years of exploration and progress.With the basic formation of the socialist legal system,the rule of law construction has entered a new historical stage.In the context of a comprehensive construction of the rule of law,the focus to the construction of the rule of law turn to renew ideas and consciousness.To make the rule of law a universal belief,The 18 th Party Congress put the "rule of law" as a major factor in the socialist core values.At present,the absence of belief in rule of law exist in our country.The cultivation of the rule of law has been in a state of backwardness,and there is a big gap with the requirements of the rule of law.Therefore,it is necessary to raise awareness and we should pay more attention to the rule of law.Analyzing the existing problems and deficiencies in the cultivation of belief the law,Proposing the path and way of further cultivate citizens’ belief rule of law,is inherent requirement of building a socialist country and achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The paper is divided into five parts.Introduction section analyzes the background and significance of the thesis,and sums up the literature on the rule of law.And the main contents,methods and innovations of the paper are described in this section.The second part elaborates the relevant key concepts and opinions.The third part is the value and significance of the cultivation of the rule of law.on the state,society,individual.The fourth part analyzes the problems and causes of the cultivation of the rule of law in our country at present.From the four stages and levels of knowledge,love,faith,usage,the outstanding problems in each link are put forward,which lead to the current lack of law belief.The fifth part is mainly based on the previous research and reason analysis,correspondingly from four aspects of knowledge,love,faith,usage propose countermeasures and path of development of socialist rule of law in the current circumstances.I hope to add some information to this area by researching on the cultivation of belief in socialist rule of law.And I hope it can provide evidence to comprehensively build the rule of law countries and foster citizens for the country.Maintain social stability and harmony,and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation...
