Research On The Way Of Our Citizens How To Realize Citizens’ Faith In The Rule Of Law

The decision of the fourth plenary session of the party’s eighteen pointed out the direction of the rule of law in our country.The session demanded to promote the rule of law comprehensively. The construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the total target of the rule of law system and to build socialism country under the rule of law. The rule of law is an important way in governing. The rule of law is a statecraft of our party which can lead Chinese people to realize Chinese dream. All citizens must have faith in the rule of law and participate in the construction of the country under the rule of law top-down. This paper’s research topic is how to realize citizens’ faith in the rule of law.Firstly, the paper studies general situation of faith in the rule of law, starting from the meaning of the rule of law and faith and analying the cause of faith in the rule of law.Secondly, it analies the differences between Chinese and western culture and the influence of differences of faith in the rule of law.Thirdly, it analies the problems of citizens’ faith in the rule of law.At last,it concludes that the way of our citizens how to realize citizens’ faith in the rule of law. In the process of exploring the way of our citizens how to realize citizens’ faith in the rule of law many new situations and new problems will appear.We should continuously explore,and we should make due contributions for promoting the rule of law comprehensively and building socialism country under the rule of law step by step.
