Rural Family Foster:"Internalization" And "Professional"Analysis Of Preschool Foster Children’s Need

Under the impact of "let institutionalized care of the disabled children return to the community or the family", family foster is recognized to be the best one that can meet the emotional need of foster children.In the family foster mode, foster parents are the main providers of foster children on material need and spiritual need, they are highly contacting with the foster children, but social work provides professional group activities, which can create learning communication mode opportunity for the foster children, because it is impossible in foster family. Therefore, it is realistic to analysis and discusses the need of foster children.Different with the previous research achievements of the family foster, during my process of this study, I am not only concerning foster family’s performance in the need of foster children, but also discuss the role of professional team activities in foster children’s peer intercommunion need.First of all, it is necessary to analysis how foster families meet the material need and spiritual need of foster children. And then, I use group dynamic to explain the intervention of social work in meeting the need of peers communication and interaction, which is organized by communication and interaction, social cohesion and integration as well as group culture. Finally, discussing the different subject’s performance in meeting foster children’s need through comparing them together, and then find out the difference and relationship between foster family and social work in meeting foster children’s needs. And finally promote the development of the family foster mode.This paper is divided into three parts.Part Ⅰ:Research results of the family foster. through reviewing foster children need、family foster and social work’s intervention in a foster family, I determined the direction of this paper,. I think that different subject’s performance in meeting foster children’s need is different; I collected first-hand material through questionnaire, interview method, and participate in observation and qualitative material analysis and so on. The need theory of social work mode provides the theory support for this paper.Part Ⅱ:The analysis of "internalization" and "professional". Foster family provides the foster children with material and spiritual (mainly spiritual need) service. And social work takes attention of the peer interaction need of the foster children. To explain practical utility of professional skill intervened in foster children’s need, this article uses four dimension of group work to analysis the performance of each member in the team, and focus on members’ growth and change in the team.Part Ⅲ:The difference and relationship between "Internalization" and "professional". Based on the above material analysis, then comparing their problems and putting forward feasible and operable proposal to find out my future direction of research.
