A Study On The Citizen’s Legal Belief In The Process Of Rule A Nation Legally In Our Country Study

The legal faith is the spiritual core of the rule of law,which has great and far-reaching significance for the construction of socialist legal state.if the legal system and provisions are to guide the social order from outside,the legal faith is to regulate their behavior from the heart.How to realize the value of law,the degree of realization of the legal value,the actual social effect produced by the law enforcement,these are all closely related to the legal belief of the public.In the process of comprehensively promoting the rule of law in our country,the construction of the legal belief of the whole people can not be ignored.At present,the lack of public law belief in Chinese society is still serious,and caused a lot of bad social phenomena,some of which need to be paid attention to,and need to be solved.This paper aims to explain and analyze the legal belief and the content,the historical background and comprehensively promote the rule of law,through the interpretation of the content of the eighteen Party meetings,reasons for legal belief in the lack of legislation,law enforcement and judicial and law-abiding level and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures the reason.
