Youth is the future of the world. The prospect and destiny of our country depend on the development of the youth. The young people are the constructors and successors in the socialism with Chinese characteristics. Different generation leaders of the Communist Party of China pay more attention to the youth' all-round development and youth work. They always emphasize that we should create the necessary external conditions for the youth. They have made many expositions on the value of youth, the training of young talents, the selection of youth cadres, and the work of the communist youth league. All of these theories are built on the different backgrounds and characteristics of youth in different periods. The youth outlook of different generation leaders is the combination of Marxism youth outlook with the practice of our youth work. The youth outlook is the inheritance and development of Marxism.Also, the youth outlook contains internal inherited and innovative. It is a complete scientific system with organic connection.This thesis consists of seven parts: the firs part is the basic theory of youth view. It starts from the concept of youth, the basic connotation of Marxism youth outlook this part discuss the basic connotation of Marxism youth outlook and the development of Marxism youth outlook. From the second part to the sixth part, this thesis analyzes the youth view about Mao zedong, Deng xiaoping, Jiang Zemin, Hu jintao and Xi jinping from many aspects in detail.The last part discusses the identity and imparity about different generation leaders of the Communist Party of China. At last, we can come to a conclusion that the inheritance and innovation about youth view.
