Development is world's theme today;it's more a theme and important affairs of today's china. With the foundation of socialism in china, the vivid development scene reveals in the old china. Also the academe surges to do the research into socialistic development theory. Although their research has make a big progress, the research of the relationship of Party's three generation leaders' socialistic development theory and new development and innovation is not enough yet, this is need to develop. With the foundation of Republic of china, development is the main activity of Party, the innovation of socialistic development theory of Party's three generation leaders is the reflection of the progress of our Party 's cognition of Chinese development under different condition and background. This paper is trying to discuss The contribution of Party's three generation leaders to the innovation of socialistic development theory, Based on this, we also try to probe into the theory value and the practical value as well as the internal connecting link and historical inevitability. Based on the on going results, we attempt to get some consult value and the practical value so as to accelerate the harmonious development of china's economy and society.
