| This article finds the changes in the White Paper on Human Rrights from the perspective of discourse analysis. The study sample is the comprehensive White Paper On Human Rrights from 1991 to 2015.Through the analysis of words and grammar,this paper concludes the changes are happening resulting from the social causes and the ideology. Based on these changes,the paper points out the White Paper On Human Rights is important on the identity construction and the cause of human rights.The framework of the text is three-dimensional model, text analysis dimension, discourse and social practices.This model is invented by a famous British scholar, Fairclough, a critic.The article analyzes the White Paper On Human Rights from the aforementioned perspectives.This paper tries to reveal the unobtrusive information and ideology.The following is the main content of this essay:The introduction mainly introduces the background on the subject and the current research.
