Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Elderly Support System For The People From Countrysid Eaged More Than 80 Years From The Perspective Of Active Aging

According to the sixth census data show that in 2010 the number of elderly population in China has reached a total of people, respectively, the total population and the elderly population of 1.57% and 11.8%. Faced with such a large number of elderly people, China has been carrying a huge pressure on the elderly. Compared to the city, the old people’s pension pressure is greater in rural areas of china. First, in number, most of China’s elderly live in rural areas to 0.12 billion, equivalent to Cuba, a country’s overall population; secondly, rural economy is backward, the elderly lack of infrastructure; thirdly, China’s rural old-age security development is lagging behind, rural elderly pension policy not perfect. To solve the serious problem of China’s old age pension, the focus is to solve the problem of rural old-age pension for the elderly.The "active aging" theory as the research angle of view, select two rural communities in Pingle County, Guangxi as an example, using the semi structure interview was used to collect data. First, from the physical health, mental health and social adaptation ability of rural elderly health status were analyzed; has carried on the analysis from the three aspects of the ability to participate in social demand, social participation and social participation opportunities for rural elderly "participation"; from the economic support, daily life care and spiritual consolation three aspects on the security status of the rural elderly were analyzed. Secondly, analysis of the impact of individual factors on the rural elderly pension from the four aspects of health, personal income, education and ideology; analysis of family factors on the rural elderly pension from four aspects of changes in family income, family relationship, family structure and family ethics; social and economic impact analysis the factors of rural elderly pension from the farmers’position in the market competition, labor migration, materialized public opinion and the rural culture neglected four aspects; from three aspects:two yuan, urban and rural old-age security system of family planning system and the household registration system of rural elderly pension policy. Finally, in order to promote the rural elderly physical and mental health, and promote the rural elderly social participation and improve the old-age security of the rural elderly, to "active aging" as the guiding ideology, respectively on the main responsibility for the rural elderly, family, society and country provided a relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
