Study On The Incentive Mechanism Of Elder People Participate In Voluntary Activities From The Perspective Of Active Aging

Under the development trend of increasingly severe aging population,the society is faced with multiple old-age care pressure.The problems of single family,empty nest family and dink family emerged.The elderly are generally in the state of support deprivation in both spiritual and material terms.Driven by the concept of "actively coping with the aging population",the social participation of the elderly,especially the participation in voluntary service activities,has been endowed with important contemporary value and practical significance.Elderly participation in voluntary service is not only a response to active aging strategies,but an important way to reach the all-win situation among the elderly themselves,their families and the whole society.From the perspective of active aging,this study starting from the logic of "desire,ability,behavior",drawing on domestic and overseas relevant theories and practical experience for reference,and adopting the methods of survey questionnaire and depth interview,analyzed the status quo,implementation conditions,constraints and influencing factors of elderly people’s participation in voluntary service.Aims at to explore the way to enhance the desire and ability of the elderly to participate in voluntary service,as well as the generation and continuity of voluntary service behavior through the path of incentive mechanism design.The research is mainly carried out from the following six aspects.Firstly,it explains the core concept and theoretical basis of elderly people’s participation in voluntary services.Secondly,analyze the necessary preconditions and practical favorable basis for the elderly to participate in voluntary service.Thirdly,questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview were used to investigate and analyze the status quo and constraints of elderly people’s participation in voluntary service.Fourthly,Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the main factors influencing the willingness and behavior of elderly people to participate in voluntary service.Combined with the Dual Factors Theory and factor analysis method,to analyze the "Hygiene Factors" and "Motivation Factors" that influence the incentive effect of the elderly participate in voluntary service.Fifth,the practical characteristics and experience of elderly people’s participation in voluntary service at home and abroad are summarized to provide reference for the incentive practice of elderly people’s participation in voluntary service.Finally,centering on the active aging participation logic of "desire,ability,behavior",this paper discussed the design of incentive mechanism for elderly people participate in voluntary service and put forward some policy suggestions from three aspects,including "motivation catering","external empowerment",and "dual factors strengthening".
