The Investigation And Evaluation Of Multi-ethnic Embedded Community In Urumqi

In recently years, In the Xinjiang Urumqi city, the city of minority gathered national crisscross complex structure. At the second central work symposium in Xinjiang on May 2014, Xi jinping, general secretary for the first time in Xinjiang are putting forward “promote the establishment of the national mutual embedded in the social structure and community environment”.All nationalities in Urumqi embedded in the community construction, which is beneficial to common development, social stability and to narrow the differences between various ethnic cultures. This article selects Urumqi Tianshan area, Saybagh area, New Urban area, five communities in three of areas as the research samples, using literature analysis, questionnaire survey, on-site interviews, understanding of Urumqi present situation and problems of embedded of community development.Questionnaire distribution,five communities out 280 questionnaires, 252 questionnaires to recycle.Building the evaluation index system for embedded communities in Urumqi from various angles,Contains the following four macroeconomic indicators:embedded structure indicators, embedded relation indicators,cultural embedded indicators and economical embedded indicators.Twelve micro-indexes are included in four macro-indexes, comprehensive analysis and research on the current situation of Urumqi community. According to the national community mutually embedded type is divided into separate type“national mutual embedded type community”, contact type “national mutual embedded type community”,and harmonious “national mutual embedded type community”. The study found that in different types of problems that exist in the community, type segment in the community and the contact type mainly has the following several aspects: the problems existing in the public service facilities are insufficient, the serious problem of employment, the management of the floating population to be improved, difficult people support is insufficient, and all kinds of community on the issue of cultural exchange and policy propaganda.Countermeasures Suggestions are put forward according to the different problems, we should perfect the public service construction, strengthen the employment guidance, strengthen the management of floating population, strengthening social security and support, enhance the promotion of culture exchange and policy.
